Learn more: aus.com/earnmore. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a residential location. Your presence and attention to detail contribute to a secure environment for residents and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the residential location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential property and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or security-related incidents.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Document security-related incidents and maintain clear and accurate records as required by Allied Universal and site policies.
• Assist residents and visitors with inquiries and directions as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency services when necessary, following established protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
