Where You Will Make a Difference

* Lead daily production operations to ensure safe, efficient, and highquality manufacturing.
* Develop and manage production schedules aligned with customer demand and manufacturing capacity.
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
* Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and performance of extraction and processing equipment.
* Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards, good manufacturing practices, and regulatory requirements.
* Partner with Quality Assurance teams to investigate deviations, support rootcause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
* Supervise, train, and mentor production operators and technicians while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous learning.
* Identify and implement process improvements that enhance yield, efficiency, sustainability, and overall production performance.
* Manage raw material inventory, finished goods flow, and operational costs, including energy, labor, and material usage.

What Makes You the Right Fit

* Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Science, Manufacturing, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
* At least five years of experience in a process manufacturing environment, including a minimum of two years in a leadership role.
* Knowledge of good manufacturing practices, hazard analysis, and critical control points, and related regulatory frameworks.
* Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a production environment.
* Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret operational data and drive improvements.
* Experience collaborating with Engineering, Research and Development, and Quality teams.
* Proficiency with production management systems, digital tools, and data analysis platforms.
* Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
