Job Description

The Graduate Programs Office at the Robert J. Trulaske, Sr. College of Business is currently seeking an energetic Admissions and Recruitment Manager to join our team. This role will collaborate with the Assistant Director Admissions and Recruitment, and the Director of Graduate Programs to recruit quality Graduate Students. The Admissions and Recruitment Manager will develop and implement strategies to identify, track, and qualify leads and applicants, as well as other information required for the successful operation of Graduate Programs Admissions. This position will be the chief representative at all in-person events, both on and off campus, implementing strategies to attract, engage, and enroll students for Trulaske's Master's programs.
This position helps to recruit students to enroll in Trulaske Master's Programs, directly supporting Trulaske's mission to develop future business leaders.

Shift

8 a.m. - 5 p.m. with some weekends, evenings, and travel

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

Previous admissions or recruiting experience in a higher ed setting

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $50,367 - 60,000

Grade: GGS 9E
