What You Can Expect

  • Lead and manage a team of firmware engineers involved in the development of CXL and PCIe End Point devices of Marvell.

  • Responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of software for Marvell .

  • This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep technical background.

  • Following technical skills will be required in this role.

  • Strong knowledge of Arm Cortex-M, Cortex-A,and RISC-V architectures

  • Proficiency in C programming, FW debugging tools, and embedded development workflows

  • Experience with Zephyr or other RTOS environments

  • Ability to write drivers for UART, SPI, I2C/I3C, USB, and PCIe

  • Strong understanding of Arm TrustZone and secure firmware, and secure boot flows

  • Contribute to the development of project goals and schedules.

  • Demonstrate leadership and execute projects across a highly distributed engineering team

  • Work with various cross-functional groups such as Architect, other development teams, QA/Validation, System Test, Product Management, Product Documentation, Customer teams

  • Collaborate with teams across various sites.

  • Responsible to mentor and train the team

  • Manage the engineering resource allocation.

  • Recruit, retain, and develop top engineering talent.

  • Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and high-performance work environment

What We're Looking For

Master's degree in computer science/ computer engineering
12+ years of experience in semiconductor industry
Known track record for developing embedded system
Lead teams with more than 5 people.
Lead teams for developing pcie endpoint devices
Debugging experience in embedded environments.
Good knowhow of embedded systems and RTOS

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

146,850 - 220,000, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
