Job Summary The Manager, Finance (Commercial Operations) serves as a strategic finance partner to Sales, Marketing, Service and Supply Chain, providing financial insight, analytics, and decision support to drive profitable growth and commercial performance. This role is responsible for evaluating financial results, developing, and maintaining performance metrics, and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership. The Manager ensures alignment between commercial initiatives and financial forecasts, budgets, and long-range plans and is the primary financial interface between commercial operations and U.S., Canada, and Global MedTech controlling. Through close cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement of analytics and systems, this role plays a critical part in enabling data-driven decision making across the commercial organization.

*This position requires working onsite 3 days per week at our U.S. headquarters in Lake Zurich, IL.
*This position does not offer visa sponsorship either now or in the future.

*Salary Range: $115,000-125,000.
*Position is eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan with a target of 10% of the base salary.
*Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Report and evaluate financial results of relevant business areas and provide summary of monthly KPIs.
  • Lead updates for monthly and quarterly global trackers and initiatives.
  • Support with dashboards, reports, and metrics to track business performance and initiate deep dive analysis as needed.
  • Subject matter expert on the Wave tool structure and process and supports initiative and milestone owners with updates, financial models, and timely movement through stage gates.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team on preparing financial Budgets and Forecast templates and presentations.
  • Support Commercial and PTR Reviews with business and financial updates and comments.
  • Prepare financial analysis and track qualitative and quantitative metrics on business opportunities and/or issues/challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze strategies for pricing, product performance and other profit growth initiatives and activities.
  • Conduct analysis of sales data, market trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Contribute to the preparation of ad-hoc presentations, special projects, and updates to the MTM and ELT as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience required.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Power Query, PivotTables, Macros) and use of AI tools to drive efficiency
  • Knowledge of ERP systems; SAP preferred.
  • High attention to detail and strong financial modeling, analysis, and analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate complex analysis and conclusions/recommendations in a concise, easily understandable manner.
  • Ability to tell a story with data, comfortable presenting to senior leadership.
