Job Purpose: We are seeking a results-driven Account Manager to own the renewal and expansion of subscription contracts across our customer base. This role is critical to sustaining and growing revenue in a high-growth, market-leading cybersecurity company with an industry-recognized portfolio. You will serve as the commercial owner of existing customer relationships, partnering closely with Sales, Sales Engineering, Product, and our reseller/channel partners to drive retention, expansion, and long-term customer value. The ideal candidate is customer-centric, commercially savvy, and experienced in navigating complex renewal cycles within enterprise and mid-market environments. Responsibilities:Renewal & Expansion Ownership * Own and manage the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for assigned customer accounts, ensuring on-time, accurate, and successful contract renewals. * Drive expansion opportunities including upsells, cross-sells, seat growth, and term extensions across the portfolio. * Develop and execute account renewal and growth strategies aligned to customer outcomes and business objectives. * Forecast renewals and expansion accurately and maintain pipeline hygiene in CRM systems. Customer & Partner Engagement * Act as the primary commercial point of contact for customers post-sale, building trusted relationships with procurement, IT, security, and executive stakeholders. * Partner with reseller and channel partners to coordinate renewal motions, pricing, and deal execution. * Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to align adoption, value realization, and renewal strategy. * Engage Sales Engineering and Account Executives as needed to support complex expansions or technical validation. Cross-Functional Collaboration * Work with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to structure and close renewal and expansion agreements. * Identify and proactively mitigate renewal risks, escalating issues as appropriate. * Provide customer and partner feedback to internal teams to improve offerings, processes, and customer experience. Commercial & Market Expertise * Maintain strong knowledge of our cybersecurity solutions, licensing models, and competitive positioning. * Understand customer security priorities, budget cycles, and procurement processes. * Navigate complex buying environments with multiple stakeholders and approval layers.
