You will collaborate closely as the primary day-to-day contact with a range of partners across music and sports, leading execution and ensuring our biggest commitments deliver exceptional results. This role serves as the key connection point to our creative studio, ensuring strong briefs create outstanding work and that there is a smooth creative process between key functions, partners, and eventual execution.

How you'll help:

Partnership Management & Fulfillment

  • Primary Partner Contact: Serve as the main day-to-day contact for the brand's strategic partnerships (both planned and reactive) (e.g., major sports clubs, athletes, artists, festivals, etc.)
  • Contract Fulfillment: Lead and coordinate the entire contract fulfillment process, ensuring all agreed-upon marketing assets, usage rights, and activation components are delivered by both the partner and internal teams on time.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong working relationships with partner teams, anticipating needs and problem-solving collaboratively to ensure a smooth, long-term partnership trajectory.

Planning & Asset Coordination

  • Internal Integration Coordinator: Collaborate extensively with internal marketing leads (Social, PR/Comms, Digital, Retail, Product, Creative, and Media) to ensure activations are effectively integrated across multiple channels, finding opportunities to amplify beyond the partner across our owned channels.
  • Asset Coordination: Coordinate the flow and utilization of all partner assets (logos, media rights, athlete appearances, IP, content) to internal teams, ensuring appropriate usage, brand compliance, and maximized value across every consumer touchpoint.
  • Activation Coordination: Coordinate specific on-site or digital activation components, ensuring on-brand execution.

Governance, Agency & Financial Coordination

  • Integrated Communications: Develop and share comprehensive partner toolkits, guidelines, and communications to educate, inform, and inspire all internal stakeholders on upcoming activations.
  • Agency Coordination: Coordinate project workflow and day-to-day collaboration with any external creative agencies or vendors tasked with producing content or creative collateral.
  • Budget and Reporting: Monitor and maintain accurate records of all project budget allocation, ensuring all financial activities are transparently reported to the Director for review and strategic decision-making.

what you'll provide:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Marketing, Partnership Management, or Integrated Marketing.
  • Passion for music and/or sports.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to coordinate detailed contract fulfillment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative communicator with the ability to build relationships across cross-functional teams and facilitate meetings with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience creating internal communication tools (e.g., toolkits, training guides, presentations) for widespread company use.
  • Comfortable with budget tracking, reconciliation, and financial reporting.
  • Thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach with a commitment to process improvement and optimizing asset value.

How you'll be successful in this role:

  • Excellent Execution: Ensure timely delivery of all contractual sponsorship assets and campaign components, maintaining compliance and optimizing partner value.
  • Integration Coordination: Consistently facilitate the thoughtful inclusion of sponsorship assets across at least five distinct internal marketing channels (e.g., Social, Retail, Product, PR), ensuring partnerships feel fully integrated into the brand narrative.
  • Financial Stewardship: Maintain careful budget tracking for all partnership projects, thoughtfully identifying any potential financial considerations or opportunities for the Director before they impact execution.
  • Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work efficiently and proactively, anticipating partner needs and thoughtfully addressing operational challenges to maintain strong, productive external relationships.
