  • Conduct electrical safety training sessions for junior staff and contractors, fostering a culture of safety excellence

Required qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in data center or critical facility electrical systems operations

  • Advanced technical knowledge of electrical power systems including medium voltage distribution, transformers, and protective relaying systems

  • Demonstrated expertise with large-scale UPS systems (500kW+), emergency generators, and electrical switchgear operations

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for diagnosing and resolving complex electrical infrastructure issues

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for creating technical documentation and delivering training programs

  • Physical ability to perform demanding work including walking, climbing, lifting 50+ pounds, and working on ladders up to 30 feet

  • Availability for emergency response calls and ability to work in high-pressure situations

  • NFPA 70E certification required within 90 days of employment

Preferred qualifications:

  • Universal EPA 608 certification demonstrating environmental compliance expertise

  • Current electrical license or equivalent technical certification from recognized industry body

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical education and training
