As a Security Officer - Auto Auction Facility in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned tech and media locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your visible presence and strong communication skills will contribute to a welcoming and secure environment. This is a driving post, so a valid driver's license is required. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location, including both the business premises and its perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.
• Monitor access points and report any unusual or prohibited activity in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
• Support site operations by maintaining awareness of the unique environment and needs typical of a tech, media, and telecom location.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and/or site contacts regarding incidents, issues, or concerns encountered during patrols.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner, in line with Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
