NorBella Champlin, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for an On-Call Maintenance Director to join our growing team.

NorBella Champlin is located in Champlin, MN, just off Hwy 169 and 117th Ave N next to a nice residential neighborhood and Elm Creek Park Reserve. This convenient location provides a peaceful lifestyle while remaining close to local shops, restaurants, and more. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 40-unit apartment-style community providing Assisted Living and Memory Care services. Shifts: On-call
Wage: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour



Are you a hands-on, compassionate "handyman"? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others and ensuring their environment is safe and well kept? If so, we want you to join our team and help seniors Age Magnificently! Our Maintenance Directors become family and impact the lives of our residents who live in a Lifespark Senior Living Community.

In this position you will assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment of a senior living community.

Duties include:



  • Perform all duties concerned with electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, painting, floor care, and various equipment.
  • Perform assigned housekeeping duties including trash removal, mopping, cleaning, etc. in accordance with facility policy.
  • Address and correct work orders to maintain building and equipment operation.
  • Assist in the purchasing of supplies and equipment for departmental operation, may require vehicle operation.
  • Assist in the supervision of outside contractor services.
  • Assist in the inspection of building, equipment, and grounds on a regular basis to ensure compliance with codes and regulations and to maintain proper operation.


Required Qualification:



  • At least 1 year of experience maintenance in a multi-unit apartment or senior living community.
  • Current Driver's License (in good standing)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, formal vocational/technical degree preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in health care setting is preferred.
