Application Window Open date: January 2, 2026 Next review date: Monday, Feb 2, 2026 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Final date: Friday, Jul 2, 2027 at 11:59pm (Pacific Time) Position description In Residence Search Job Description The Department of Medicine, Cardiology Division is seeking a PhD or MD (or equivalent degree) with a background in electrophysiology, optical mapping and remodeling to join a vibrant arrhythmia research environment in Cardiology and the CVRI for a full-time faculty position. Successful candidates will be appointed at the level of Assistant, Associate or Full Professor of Medicine, in the In-Residence series, depending on past experiences and qualifications. Faculty in the In-Residence Professor series are individuals who are predominantly engaged in and have demonstrated a strong track record of high-quality conduct in research and who participate in teaching. The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See Table 5 The minimum base salary range for this position is $131,200-$344,400. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan which provides for eligibility for additional compensation. Application Requirements Document requirements
