About the Role We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Operations - Regional to lead and optimize our bakery manufacturing network. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across multiple facilities, ensuring consistent execution of best practices, and aligning cross-functional initiatives to support growth, efficiency, and quality.
