Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work ON-SITE with our client in Oldsmar, FL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Designs manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for cable harness assemblies and subassemblies.
  • Interprets engineering prints to design processes and works with design engineering to support the production floor by working with the operations team and focusing on continuous improvement.
  • Designs, procures, and implements tooling to support manufacturing processes.
  • Incorporate inspection and test requirements into the production plan.
  • Inspects performance of machinery, equipment, and tools to verify their efficiency, and investigates and initiates corrective action for problems and deficiencies to ensure product quality.
  • Guides engineering regarding design concepts and specification requirements to best utilize equipment and manufacturing techniques.
  • Ensures processes and procedures comply with regulations and specifications.
  • Supports the production floor by working with the operations team.
  • Designs manufacturing processes and production layout for cable harness assemblies and subassemblies.
  • Understands how the cable process works.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $32.00 - $43.00 / hr.

Hours: 4/10 hrs/Week. (2nd shift).

Length: Contract (12 months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in AutoCAD, Blueprint Reading, Cable Harness, Wireharness Print Reading.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in General Assembly.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Able to read/write English.
  • IPC-WHMA-A-620.
