JOB DESCRIPTION Make your mark for patients We are looking for an Engagement Science Partner who is empathetic, clinically knowledgeable, and servicedriven to join our UCBCares team, based out of our US Headquarters outside of Atlanta, GA. About the role You will serve as a trusted clinical resource providing education and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. You will triage and respond to inquiries related to product information, access, adverse events, and general patient support while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Who you'll work with You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional internal partners, including medical, safety, access, and customer experience teams. You'll also interact directly with patients, caregivers, and providers as a frontline representative of UCBCares. What you'll do

This position's reasonably anticipated base salary range is $108,000 To $141,800 per year. The actual salary offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's region, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
