Make your mark for patients

We are looking for an Engagement Science Partner who is empathetic, clinically knowledgeable, and servicedriven to join our UCBCares team, based out of our US Headquarters outside of Atlanta, GA.

About the role

You will serve as a trusted clinical resource providing education and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals. You will triage and respond to inquiries related to product information, access, adverse events, and general patient support while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Who you'll work with

You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional internal partners, including medical, safety, access, and customer experience teams. You'll also interact directly with patients, caregivers, and providers as a frontline representative of UCBCares.

What you'll do

  • Provide education and support to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals on products, resources, and services.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and customerfirst focus.
  • Identify and resolve barriers related to product access, insurance, reimbursement, and general support.
  • Accurately document all interactions in CRM systems and escalate appropriately.
  • Ensure timely followup and resolution of inquiries while maintaining compliance (HIPAA, FDA, SOPs).
  • Share insights with UCBCares leadership and maintain uptodate product knowledge.

Interested? For this role we're looking for the following minimum requirements:

Minimum requirements

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with patient education or support responsibilities.
  • Experience in patientfacing or customer service roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems.

Preferred qualifications

  • BSN degree.
  • Ability to translate complex clinical information into patientfriendly language.
  • Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution skills.
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and customerfirst mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
  • Skilled in prioritizing and multitasking in a fastpaced environment.

This position's reasonably anticipated base salary range is $108,000 To $141,800 per year. The actual salary offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate's region, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
