Position Details:
Patient Service Agent - Hybrid Remote, Primary Care Call Center Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, 40 hours per week *This position will train onsite full-time for at least 90 days before hybrid work becomes an option. The person hired for this role will have regular onsite responsibilities after training; as such, candidates are required to live within commuting distance to Oklahoma City, OK.* Responsible for scheduling patient appointments and taking patient messages. Giving general information regarding their visit instructions and expectations. Maintain calm, pleasant professional, attitude. Delivers excellent customer service using exceptional telephone etiquette. Minimum Required Qualifications
