Role Summary: Reporting to the General Manager, the Territory Manager is responsible for total branch performance in accordance with company policy and procedures, including Customers, Operations, Store profitability, and management/development of staff.

The essential duties and responsibilities of the Territory Manager position will consist of, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Responsible for internal and external customer requirements for delivery of products and services
  • Define fiscal responsibility and accountability for the location
  • Set and execute goals and objectives for the location
  • Manage and direct performance and outcomes of staff
  • Demonstrate leadership of company Quality and Service Excellence initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What you'll need:

  • Experience: 2-3 years of customer service, sales, and management experience
  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Analytics/Computer Skills: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Organization Skills: Excellent organizational skills; ability to multi-task and shift priorities
  • Cross-functional Skills: Works well cross-functionally; provides excellent internal and external customer service
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication; excellent negotiating and presentation skills; ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Leadership: Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
  • Physical, Mental and Visual Skills: Ability to frequently walk and stand; lift/carry up to 25 lbs.; occasional climbing, bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, reaching, twisting, and pushing; reasonable accommodations may be made
  • Physical Environment: Exposure to typical temperature conditions and noise levels found in a manufacturing environment
  • Travel: Ability to travel; customer visits and offsite work require a good driving record and dependable vehicle

Qualifications we prefer but don't require:

  • Knowledge of the electrical industry
