Organizational Systems Strategy Associate The Opportunity: We need somebody that is passionate about helping organizations develop effective strategies and work practices for DoD acquisition programs. They need to be driven to analyze organizational and programmatic challenges, uncover underlying mechanisms, and support the development of proprietary strategy frameworks. Using client data from interviews, observations, and research, they will support DoD acquisition offices and programs by enabling strategy development, problem-solving, opportunity capture, and planning. They will need to collaborate cross-functionally with clients and colleagues. If you see yourself in that work, then we're looking for you! As an Organizational Systems Strategy Associate, you will take a leadership role in collecting data about the client's opportunities, directives, mission, and current strategy. You will support and lead consultants in translating that data into tractable strategy models, actionable recommendations for objectives, and useful frameworks that enable our clients to be confident in how they create value for their customers. You will support identifying client needs that are new opportunities for our team. You will support and lead communicating with program leaders. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
