We are partnering with Aquent to find a talented individual to play a pivotal role in developing critical visual resources that will define the aesthetic and operational standards for our next-generation retail environments. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact, influencing how our stores look and function across our expansive network.

As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in designing and developing a comprehensive Visual Merchandising Fixture Density Guide. This essential catalog will serve as the blueprint for our current and future prototype stores, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and an exceptional customer experience. Your work will transform operational concepts into visually compelling guidelines, directly impacting store teams and stakeholders across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Design and develop a visual and virtual merchandising catalog that clearly communicates fixture density standards and best practices.

* Translate complex operational and merchandising concepts into intuitive, easy-to-understand graphics and layouts.

* Collaborate closely with internal presentation, merchandise operations, and cross-functional prototype teams to integrate design elements that embody the vision for future retail environments.

* Ensure all visual assets adhere strictly to brand guidelines, maintaining a professional and retail-focused aesthetic.

* Produce a complete Visual Merchandising Book in digital and print-ready formats.

* Create detailed fixture density diagrams and supporting visual aids.

* Develop a style guide to ensure consistency for all future updates and expansions.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* **Graphic Design Expertise:** Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

* **Creative & Detail-Oriented:** Proven ability to balance aesthetic appeal with clarity and functional requirements.

* **Strong Communication Skills:** Demonstrated comfort in collaborating with cross-functional teams and effectively presenting design concepts.

* **Project Management:** Ability to manage multiple deliverables, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with Canva.

* Understanding of visual merchandising principles, fixture layouts, and store design, preferably gained within a retail environment.
