Aquent, a trusted partner to a globally recognized enterprise at the forefront of its industry, is excited to connect top talent like you with this impactful opportunity. This organization is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences through strategic partnerships and dynamic marketing initiatives, continually pushing the boundaries of consumer engagement.

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual to step into a pivotal role, driving marketing strategy and execution for key retail partners and specialized product categories. In this position, you won't just be supporting; you'll be at the helm, shaping marketing campaigns and seeing projects through from conception to completion. Your contributions will directly influence market presence and sales performance, making a tangible impact on our strategic growth initiatives and directly connecting consumers with our innovative offerings.

This role offers a unique blend of strategic account management and flexible support across diverse market segments. You will serve as the primary marketing contact for a major retail partner, ensuring their initiatives are seamlessly integrated and executed. Additionally, you will lend your expertise to specialized product categories, adapting to seasonal priorities and filling critical support gaps. This is an opportunity to not only contribute behind the scenes but also to lead projects for smaller retail partners within these specialized categories, driving them from inception to successful launch.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Collaborate closely with internal brand marketing teams to prioritize channel and account-specific campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.

* Cultivate strong relationships and partner with customer marketing teams on joint marketing initiatives, including in-store promotions, broadcast media, print, and direct engagement strategies.

* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans based on established brand marketing strategies and direction.

* Manage the intricate details of marketing communications components for assigned projects, including sourcing assets, facilitating approvals, coordinating with external agencies and designers, and managing implementation logistics.

* Track and maintain updated status of assigned account marketing budgets, providing monthly reports on status and year-to-date spend by account, program, and brand initiatives.

* Communicate updated account marketing plans and revisions as appropriate to department management, and ensure the maintenance of updates, revisions, and post-campaign recaps.

* **Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.

* Minimum of 1 year of brand or retail marketing experience within a consumer goods company, or equivalent account management experience at an advertising agency.

* Ability to understand and maintain the integrity of brand messaging platforms.

* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

* Exceptional organizational skills with a heightened attention to detail and solid process orientation.

* Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set deadlines, and maintain a winning attitude.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

* Confident, independent problem-solver with a proactive approach.

* **Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience or knowledge of catalogue and samples processes.

* A genuine passion for sport.

* Demonstrated ability to be innovative and creative in marketing approaches.
