As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent financial institution, you will conduct routine patrols throughout the location, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your role involves interacting with clients and visitors, responding to incidents, and providing exceptional customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a financial institution environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting the needs of the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or potential threats to appropriate personnel in accordance with Allied Universal protocols for financial institutions.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to employees and visitors within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Supervisory experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
