Security Officer - Property Access Driver

As a Security Officer - Property Access Driver in Lewisburg, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Access Control Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security-related incidents and maintain a welcoming environment. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, remaining visible, and providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a commercial real estate location.
• Monitor and control access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain a secure environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business premises and perimeter to help to deter potential threats and identify any unusual activity.
• Document and report all security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to company and site-specific procedures.
• Collaborate with site personnel and emergency responders as needed to support incident resolution and maintain operations.
• Remain alert and observant while monitoring entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access.
• Assist visitors, contractors, and employees with access control procedures and provide clear information regarding site policies.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
