As a Security Officer - Commercial Property Rounds in Philadelphia, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and providing a visible presence. You will conduct routine patrols, assist with access control, and deliver exceptional customer service to those at the site. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the commercial real estate location.
• Work collaboratively with property management and/or tenants to address security-related issues as they arise.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
• Assist visitors and employees with directions and information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
• Follow all company and location-specific protocols and procedures to help to maintain order and security-related standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
