DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY

To ensure the accuracy of product inventory maintained by the Material Handling Department



RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

*Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and adjustments

*Investigate any issues, including but not limited to inventory gain, loss, Engineering Changes or mislabeled parts

*Act as direct liaison between Material Handling and other internal departments

*Perform follow-up on back orders and expedite delivery of orders to other departments

*Review requisitions and generate, validate, and act upon various materials and inventory management system reports that monitor Supply and Demand needs

*Coordinate and prioritize the Orders Pull System generated through inventory management systems to support business needs

*Process receipts for facility expenses

*Prioritize orders generated through inventory management systems

*Verify container seal tracking logs for accuracy against physical seals

*Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents or injuries are promptly reported to management

*Complete the annual CTPAT Security Training

*Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment

*Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations

*Assist with organization and cleaning of work area, keeping aisles and walkways clear at all times

*Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary



REQUIRED SKILLS

*Must be a team player, friendly, detail-oriented, and honest

Must have the ability to:

*Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment

*Lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs.

Must have:

*Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement

*A willingness to learn and/or adapt to new work methods

*Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word

*Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel

*Good verbal and written communication skills



PREFERRED SKILLS

*Basic working knowledge of Oracle preferred

*Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel preferred



REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

*At least 1 year of experience inputting, tracking, summarizing, and reporting on information maintained in information management systems or spreadsheets



PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

*At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or production environment using inventory management systems preferred

*Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred



REQUIRED EDUCATION

*High School Diploma or GED



REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

*Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future
