We'll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact. What It's Like Lead the enhancement and ongoing management of services that drive adoption of new devices. This role focuses on improving customer-facing programs such as device financing, trade-in options, early upgrade programs, and delivery services. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, support product improvements, and help deliver seamless experiences that accelerate device adoption. What You'll Do This internship supports the Director of Device Services on a variety of projects aimed at enhancing services that drive new device adoption. The intern will partner closely with a team of 20, helping remove barriers to project execution and supporting product enhancement initiatives across areas such as device financing, trade-in, early upgrade programs, and delivery services. Key Responsibilities Support product enhancement initiatives that drive new device adoption, including device financing, trade-in, early upgrade programs, and delivery services. Partner closely with the Director of Device Services and a cross-functional team of 20 to remove barriers, coordinate workstreams, and support project execution. Create compelling storytelling through PowerPoint presentations to communicate project updates, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders. Learn and support the product testing process by assisting with defect identification, tracking, and resolution in partnership with Product Managers. Collaborate with Product Managers to document current product designs, requirements, and future product enhancement opportunities. What It Takes The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. They bring creative thinking to problem-solving and are comfortable contributing new ideas to support product enhancements and process improvements. A high level of self-motivation is essential, as this role requires initiative, accountability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Relocation may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location. Intern wages range from $26/hour to $47/hour.
