As a Security Officer - Office Tower Patrol in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence that helps reduce security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with strong customer service and clear communication. Why Join Us: What You'll Do: - Provide customer service to clients at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including calls for service, alarms, and tenant concerns.
- Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, loading dock areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter, as assigned.
- Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing visitor and contractor activity and directing individuals according to site procedures.
- Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance issues, and communicate findings to the appropriate contacts.
- Complete detailed shift reports and incident documentation per Allied Universal and site guidelines.
- Operate site communication equipment and any assigned monitoring systems, and notify appropriate personnel when conditions warrant.
- Provide assistance with tenant and visitor directions, after-hours access requests, and other customer service needs within assigned post guidelines.
Minimum Requirements: - - Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
- - Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- - Being able to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
- - Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- - Customer service experience is preferred.
- - Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
