What You'll Achieve at SANS

We are seeking a Go to Market (GTM) Engineer to join our Business Development - Enterprise Sales team. This role plays a key part in designing and operating systems that discover prospect information, enhance customer data quality, and connect our various databases using automated workflows. The GTM Engineer serves as a critical bridge between Sales and Engineering by converting business needs into working technical solutions and capabilities.

As a Go to Market (GTM) Engineer, you will:



  • Design & Data Operations

    • Design and maintain data flows between our sales and marketing platforms
    • Create processes for organizing, enhancing, and tracking customer and prospect information
    • Build connections that enable smooth data transfer between different tools
    • Partner with Engineering to define and prioritize technical projects


  • Workflow Automation & Intelligence

    • Transform business goals into repeatable, scalable processes
    • Find opportunities where automation eliminates manual tasks
    • Create and document automated workflows that reduce repetitive work
    • Test new approaches, measure their impact, and standardize successful methods


  • Cross-Functional Translation & Alignment

    • Serve as translator between Sales teams and Engineering/IT departments
    • Convert sales team needs into clear technical requirements and project plans
    • Explain technical limitations and opportunities to non-technical colleagues
    • Build business cases that link technology investments to revenue outcomes


  • Perform other related duties as assigned.



What We're Looking For

Every SANS employee brings something unique. For this role, we're looking for candidates with:



  • Bachelor's Degree & 5+ years in sales, revenue, or marketing
  • Experience building workflow automations using tools like Zapier, Claude, n8n, or similar platforms
  • Understanding of APIs, data integration, and sales technology stacks
  • Strong communication skills translating between technical and business teams
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the USA; visa sponsorship is not available.


Preferred qualifications include:



  • Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred
