Shive-Hattery's South Bend office has an immediate opening for a mid-level Architectural Designer. Candidate should possess a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in working on moderately complex projects under general supervision. The candidate will work full-time seeking growth opportunities with focus on BIM related current and emerging technologies. Candidate will be an integral member of a collaborative team of Engineers, Architects, and Designers working on all phases and aspects of our varied projects. Designer able to work on moderately complex projects under general supervision. Assists in architectural/engineering problem solving. Requires experience in drafting and detailing on a wide variety of projects and substantial knowledge of procedures for production of design development and construction documents and a general knowledge of codes and standards.
