Provide comprehensive administrative support services to our Regional underwriting teams and other office associates.

What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in the success of our regional business by providing administrative and technical support to our underwriters and the Regional Executive. You'll also serve as an administrator over the designated facility and provide administrative support.

In addition, you'll:

  • Complete system updates for agency appointments, changes and work with licensing department to ensure proper licensing and listing of all agency producers.

  • Handle basic agency questions, maintain knowledge of territories and manage agency data to produce monitoring reports for production, submissions, and profitability at the direction of Territory Underwriter Specialist or Regional Executive.

  • Maintain and manage the marketing material library and ensure materials are available for agency visits and meetings.

  • Ensure that urgent matters are handled when the Territory Underwriter Specialists are out of the office.

  • Act as a liaison between field sales personnel and other functions.

  • Assist in the organization, preparation and set up of presentations and sales meetings.

  • Perform other job-related duties as requested.

What it Takes

  • Associate Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Minimum 2 years related work experience

  • Facilities coordination experience

  • Administrative secretary / assistant experience

  • Knowledge of sales, underwriting, and policy issuance processes

  • Familiarity with Sentry Software and systems applicable to the needs of the Regional niche

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required

  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to research and find problem resolution in a variety of resources

  • In our Irvine, CA office, based on qualifications and experience, the range for annual compensation for this position is $62,500 - $93,700.
