Transversal technical responsible for development for all new exhaust systems in the advanced phase. Key point of contact between Exhaust design team and all the other technical areas, in order to meet all functional and performance requirements. Components include hot end exhaust, cold end exhaust, related brackets and body mounted heat shields. Candidate will lead Exhaust Systems technical responsibilities from the initial concept phase till the contract milestone, working with Exhaust Advanced Core Team Engineers. Provide strong support of concept studies, initial packaging, function targets (i.e., NVH, backpressure, durability, etc), and preparation of technical specifications for new sourcing. Technical reference during technical reviews before supplier nomination and design freeze. Provide technical support in case of critical issues during the development or in the field.
