What to Expect
The Failure Analysis Team's mission is todetermineroot cause and contributing factors to improve the experience of Tesla products by reducing field issues, in collaboration with large cross-sections of other engineering teams. You willbe responsible fora wide variety of Energy Product systemslike Powerwall,Megapackand Supercharger that have high visibility and direct customer impact. We are seeking a multi-faceted individual who willbe responsible forall aspects of product teardown tocomponentlevel,identifying, analyzing, root causing, implementing countermeasures, and reporting on issuesaffectingsystems including power electronics, low voltage, and batterysystemsamong others. To be effective, the Technician will need to be intimately familiar with the detailed behavior of electrical components and tools for testing and debugging printed circuit boards. They will work with other engineering teams to quicklydetermineroot cause and implement countermeasures of field issues to improve quality, reliability, and durability of the products. What You'll Do
