What will you do? The Salesforce IT Product Owner is responsible for defining the product vision and managing the Product Backlog and actively shapes the structural integrity of the North America Salesforce ecosystem. In this role you will be involved in collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize development tasks based on business value, and work closely with engineers to deliver high-quality software in iterative cycles. You will bridge the gap between high-level sales strategy and scalable technical design at Johnson Controls. How you will do it:

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $112,000 -$168,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.) This role offers a competitive Bonus plan that will take into account individual, group, and corporate performance. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
