Security Officer - Auto Manufacturing Plant

As a Security Officer in Horicon, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols, stay highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and support access control and visitor flows. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license in line with Allied Universal driver policy. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams, and bring a people-first mindset grounded in integrity and teamwork.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an industrial manufacturing location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Control access at designated entry points by checking identification, verifying visitor authorization, and directing foot and vehicle traffic per site procedures.
• Monitor alarms, cameras, and/or access control systems when assigned, and document unusual activity for follow-up.
• Complete shift activity reports, incident reports, and daily logs with clear, accurate details in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
• Support shipping and receiving and contractor check-in by confirming authorization, documenting arrivals and departures, and coordinating with site personnel as needed.
• Observe for hazards or maintenance issues that could impact operations, and report findings through established communication channels.
• Participate in briefings, post orders review, and required training to maintain familiarity with site-specific procedures and emergency response expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Customer Service Experience is preferred.
• Access Control/Badge Experience is preferred.
• Lift Up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
