Summary of Position

The Senior FP&A Analyst is responsible for supporting the budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analytical processes. The FP&A Senior Analyst is a key business partner to the overall organization and Finance departments leadership, ensuring financial integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies. The Senior FP&A Analyst reports to the Sr. Director of Accounting & Finance.



Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Essential Functions

  • Must maintain operational compliance with US and international regulatory agencies and guidelines (i.e. FDA, DEA, EU, HC, TGA, PIC/S, ISO, USP, NRC, cGMP, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain detailed strategic financial models for Curium's North America businesses.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports related to budget, forecast, and financial results.
  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Meet with business leaders monthly to provide analysis of trends, forecasts and recommendations for optimization.
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecast updates.
  • Understand Curium's products and act as a back-up for gross to net sales reporting.
  • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
  • Assist in the monthly cash forecast.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or CPA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or related field.
  • Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
  • Working knowledge of GAAP
  • Proficient in ERP systems, and other financial planning software.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create complex financial models.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong understanding of income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow models.
  • Experience with supply chain and logistics financial management.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate financial data to both financial and non-financial colleagues.



Working Conditions:



  • This position will work in typical office conditions with extensive time using computer equipment.
  • Must possess good hand-eye coordination; close attention to detail required.
  • Willingness to work in a team-based environment.
  • Willingness to travel to and work in manufacturing facilities.
  • May be required to sit or stand for long periods of 8+ hours a day while performing duties.
  • Willingness to complete safety training within allotted timeframes.
  • The position deals with many deadlines. Due to the short turnaround time of deadlines and limited time, overtime is sometimes required.
