JOB SUMMARY:

Rehadapt (a smaller subsidiary of Tobii Dynavox) is seeking a Global Sales Development Manager to help build the commercial foundation that enables strategy to translate into scalable, repeatable revenue.

This is a hybrid, execution-focused role combining systems-led sales enablement with targeted, strategic business development. The primary emphasis, especially in the early phase of the role, is establishing and standardizing core commercial systems, tools, and processes, and ensuring they are consistently adopted across the organization.

This role is critical in a small, growing, international organization where commercial infrastructure is still being built. You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and IT to create clarity, structure, and disciplined ways of working.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Enablement

  • Lead the setup and standardization of core commercial systems, with an initial focus on CRM (i.e., Salesforce), pipeline structure, forecasting, and data hygiene.

  • Define and document end-to-end commercial workflows, including lead management, opportunity stages, pricing and discount governance, and partner engagement.

  • Partner with Sales Operations, IT, Customer Service, and external vendors to ensure systems support real-world selling behavior.

  • Identify and help resolve foundational infrastructure gaps (e.g., fragmented customer data, inconsistent communication tools, reliance on personal phone lines).

  • Establish clear ownership, usage standards, and governance for commercial systems.

  • Perform various other duties as assigned

Business Development

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities aligned with company strategy (partners, services, channels, or market expansion).

  • Support early-stage opportunity development, including market assessment, value proposition definition, and commercial feasibility.

  • Help leadership prioritize opportunities based on strategic fit and execution complexity.

  • Support pilots and proof-of-concept initiatives in collaboration with Sales, Product, and Operations.

  • Capture learnings and translate them into scalable commercial motions.

  • Define handoff criteria from opportunity development to enablement-ready execution.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 6-10 years of experience in sales enablement, commercial operations, business development, go-to-market, or program/project management roles.

  • Proven experience working in B2B environments, ideally with complex or solution-based offerings.

  • Ability to operate independently in a growing organization with evolving structure.

  • Flexibility to work across global time zones and collaborate with international teams.

  • Experience in B2B technology, hardware + software, or regulated environments, preferred

  • Comfort with pricing structures, margin considerations, and business cases.

  • Experience supporting organizational change or system adoption initiatives.

COMPUTER OR TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems

OTHER SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to work independently

  • Excellent communication skills

WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS:

  • Able to work at a desk for prolonged periods of time

  • Moderate noise level

  • Domestic and International travel may be required up to 10%
