ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Drives the adoption, usage, and pull-through of Kaneka's NV devices across the hospital system in collaboration with the RSMs, TMs, etc.
  • Responsible for successfully executing product evaluations with the goal of account conversion.
  • Drives continuous expansion of the NV care portfolio of products within the hospital to enable the sales team to achieve sales goals.
  • Leads lab staff in-servicing on NV case management, including room set up and preparation, best practices on managing a case. The educational focus is on procedural steps and improved outcomes.
  • Leads formal/informal product presentations.
  • Provides case coverage with the primary focus on hemorrhagic stroke procedures and the secondary focus on scheduled aneurysm cases.
  • Available to work on an on-call basis, with 50% travel.
  • May provide extended case coverage for open territories.
  • Becomes a Kaneka expert across all stroke solutions, procedures, industry trends, and competitive issues.
  • Develops strong relationships with the NV RSMs/TMs and enabling functions.
  • Responsibly manages all administrative tasks, budgets, sales reporting, and expense reporting.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the manager.
  • Establishes and supports a work environment of continuous improvement that aligns with the Quality Policy, Quality System, and the appropriate regulations for the supported area. Ensures employees are trained to perform their work, and their training is documented.

  • Keeps supervisor informed of status and progress, ensuring that regular and periodical communication takes place.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks and keeping abreast of industry trends and related compliance issues within the area of responsibilities.
  • Maintains professional conduct, attendance, and high ethical standards in the work place, complying with company's policies and procedures.
  • Fulfills mandatory training requirements applicable for department and job duties as appropriate.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by supervisor or Management.

Education
Bachelors (preferred)
Experience
5 years: 5 or more years of clinical experience with a proven track record. Healthcare related field strongly preferred. Knowledge of the lab environment preferred. (required)
