What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
  • Staff the front desk in a professional manner, greeting and directing visitors, employees, and vendors while helping to maintain an orderly lobby environment.
  • Verify identification and manage visitor registration, including issuing visitor credentials and maintaining accurate sign-in and sign-out documentation per site procedures.
  • Monitor access points and lobby activity, observing for unusual behavior and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.
  • Answer telephones and respond to inquiries, providing directions, general information, and escalation to appropriate personnel as needed.
  • Monitor alarms, cameras, and other security-related systems from the front desk when assigned, documenting observations and escalating irregular activity.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical situations, fire alarms, and suspicious activity, following post orders and client guidelines.
  • Complete required reports such as incident reports, shift logs, and access control records with clear, timely, and accurate information.
  • Support emergency procedures by assisting with notifications, coordinating with responding personnel, and helping with controlled access during events.
  • Maintain awareness of policies related to confidentiality and professionalism expected in a financial services environment, reporting policy concerns through the appropriate chain of command.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
