As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor grounds and key areas through routine patrols, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and respond to alarms and unusual activity with clear communication. You will support employees, visitors, and contractors with customer service while documenting observations and escalating concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to facility personnel, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial buildings, production areas, loading docks, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor access points and controlled areas, verify identification and/or access authorization, and help to maintain orderly entry and exit consistent with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including calls for assistance, medical situations, suspicious activity, and potential hazards, and notify site contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Observe and report conditions that may impact operations such as unsecured doors, broken gates, poor lighting, or unusual activity, and document findings per post orders.
• Complete routine reports, shift logs, and incident reports with accurate details, and communicate relevant information during shift transitions.
• Support alarm and/or camera monitoring where assigned, and respond to alerts by assessing conditions and taking action consistent with site procedures.
• Assist with truck and/or delivery area monitoring as assigned, including observing inbound and outbound activity and reporting irregularities to site management.
• Maintain a professional presence, follow uniform and appearance standards, and use radio and/or phone communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site protocols.
• Participate in required training, follow Allied Universal policies, and comply with all site rules and confidentiality expectations.

Minimum Requirements:

• - Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• - Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• - A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
