As a Security Officer -ATM Patrol Driver in Tempe, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license, so you may support multiple areas as needed. You will deliver strong customer service and clear communication while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity. Why Join Us: What You'll Do: - Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a financial services location.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify irregular conditions.
- Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorization for access, and direct visitors to the appropriate check-in process in accordance with site procedures.
- Observe, report, and document unusual activity, hazards, and/or policy violations, then notify site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision as required.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing assistance to employees and visitors until additional resources arrive.
- Operate site equipment as assigned, such as radios, access control devices, and alarm panels, and communicate clearly with on-site teams and/or off-site partners.
- Complete shift activity reports, incident reports, and other required documentation with accurate, timely details.
- Support emergency procedures such as evacuation, shelter-in-place, medical response coordination, and/or area control as directed by site protocols.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, apply de-escalation techniques during challenging interactions, and promote a welcoming environment while following site rules.
- Participate in briefings, training, and post orders reviews, and follow direction from Allied Universal leadership and site management.
Minimum Requirements: - - Have at least 1 or more years of security-related experience.
- - A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- - CPR certification is preferred.
- - Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- - Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
