Warehouse Supervisor

Full-time | Logistics | Location - Olathe, KS, 66022

Provides direction, leadership, and management for Olathe Distribution center, including creation and execution of operational processes to meet business objectives and goals. Oversees a functional area within Operations, collaborating with leaders across the organization to meet distribution and customer expectations.

You'll deliver short and long-term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:

• Determine work procedures, assign duties, and coordinate workflow to meet daily and long-term timelines

• Enforcing safety policies and promoting a safe workplace

• Communicating goals, organizational updates, and expectations clearly

• Train, coach, and motivate team members to support performance and engagement

• Ensuring that product is processed according to established standards and procedures

• Ensuring productivity and quality performance standards are met

• Ensuring crew members have the appropriate equipment and tools necessary to perform their jobs

• Preparing reports on team performance, issues, or outcomes

We're looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us, you need to have:

• Bachelor / Associate degree OR a minimum of 2 years of work experience performing a substantially similar role

• Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets)

• Experience analyzing data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills
