Location: Rosedale Office BuildingDepartment: IS AdministrationShift: First Shift (United States of America)Standard Weekly Hours: 40Summary: The IS Disaster Recovery Senior Analyst supports the Information Systems Disaster Recovery (ISDR) Program by planning, coordinating, and executing disaster recovery activities to ensure critical systems can be restored within defined recovery objectives. This role works closely with technical, business, and vendor partners to strengthen organizational resilience and recovery readiness. While primarily focused on Disaster Recovery, this role also has the capability to support Major Incident Management activities during high-impact IT events. In these situations, the analyst may function in a Major Incident Analyst capacity, assisting with coordination, impact assessment, documentation, and communications to support rapid service restoration.
