Location: Middlebury, Vermont
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

At Helen Porter Nursing & Rehabilitation, our Unit Clerks play a vital role in keeping our resident units running smoothly while supporting our healthcare team. Your work helps ensure residents receive the highest quality care in a clean, orderly, and efficient environment .

As a Unit Clerk, you will:

• Provide essential clerical services for the resident unit

• Maintain the cleanliness and order of the nursing station

• Support resident care through communication with other departments via phone, email, written documentation, and in-person interactions

• Assist with service tasks according to Helen Porter policies and established job functions

Your role is key to ensuring smooth operations and excellent resident care every day!

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Additional coursework or experience in medical assisting or clerical work

• Basic knowledge of medical terminology

• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Be part of a caring, supportive team
