The Opportunity

Reporting to the RVP, CSP Partner Segment, the Senior Manager, Global CSP Alliance Sales is a strategic growth role responsible for driving revenue through the company's most critical Cloud Service Provider (CSP) partnerships-Google Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft Azure.

This role owns all aspects of CSP sales management, from partner strategy execution and joint sales planning to pipeline generation, enablement, and field alignment. You will play a critical role in identifying, developing, and delivering incremental, partner-originated revenue, working closely with global Sales, Field Marketing, and partner teams to accelerate growth.

What You'll Do
  • Execute the company's global CSP partner strategy in support of revenue and pipeline goals

  • Own sales management for Google Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft, including joint business plans, forecasting, and pipeline reviews

  • Develop and execute partner-led sales plans focused on pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and revenue expansion

  • Drive partner-originated and partner-influenced pipeline, ensuring strong alignment with global Field Sales teams

  • Collaborate with Field Marketing to design and execute joint go-to-market campaigns, demand generation, and enablement initiatives

  • Align closely with internal stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Partner Operations to ensure consistent execution

  • Enable field sellers and partner teams with messaging, value propositions, and sales plays tailored to each CSP ecosystem

  • Track, analyze, and report on partner performance, pipeline health, and revenue impact

  • Identify new growth opportunities within CSP ecosystems, including co-sell motions, marketplace programs, and strategic initiatives

What It Takes
  • 8+ years of experience in alliance sales, partner sales, or strategic account management, preferably in SaaS or cloud-based businesses

  • Direct experience working with one or more CSPs (Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure) in a sales or alliance capacity

  • Proven success driving partner-led pipeline and revenue growth in a global, matrixed organization

  • Strong understanding of co-sell, co-market, and field engagement models

  • Ability to operate at both a strategic and executional level

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills

Compensation: At OpenText, we offer a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your physical, emotional, and financial wellbeing. As you move through the hiring process, we're happy to provide more details about our compensation programs, including variable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible roles, vacation entitlement, and paid time off.

Salary Range: $131,530 - $216,085; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.

California Residents: The pay range above is a reasonable estimate of salary based on pay scale, candidate experience, skills, and education. In addition to the comprehensive benefits noted above, the role may be eligible for bonus or commissions.
