Position Summary:


The Pricing & Contracting Center of Excellence (CoE) Lead is responsible for establishing and leading a centralized, best-in-class pricing and contracting capability within Sales Operations. This role serves as the commercial governance authority for pricing strategy, deal desk execution, and contract lifecycle management across capital, consumables, and service portfolios.


The role balances strategic pricing leadership, deal-level execution, and cross-functional escalation management-ensuring pricing discipline, margin integrity, and contractual compliance while enabling speed, consistency, and scalability across the commercial organization.

Qualifications & Experience


Required



  • 8-12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Pricing, or Contracting
  • 3-5+ years of people management experience preferred
  • Strong experience in:


    • Deal desk operations
    • Complex pricing models
    • Contract lifecycle management


  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional decision-making with Legal, Finance, and Sales


Preferred



  • MedTech, Medical Device, Capital Equipment, or Healthcare industry experience
  • Experience with IDNs, GPOs, and complex healthcare contracting structures
  • Salesforce CPQ and CLM system experience
  • Strong financial acumen with margin and profitability analysis

Pursuant to the requirements of applicable State laws and regulations, the starting salary range for this position is $XXX- XXX USD. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
