Description As our Digital Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting and enhancing the digital experience for the Bank's business customers using Jack Henry digital banking solutions including Banno Business and related platforms. This role serves as a subject matter expert for business digital services, supporting onboarding, troubleshooting, training, and ongoing relationship management. This is a full-time position. Usual days and hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00am to 4:30pm and Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm. Hours vary depending on business needs. What you'll need to be our Digital Experience Specialist:
