Salesforce Administrator (Contract-to-Hire \| Hybrid) Location: Tempe, AZ (Hybrid - on-site as needed) We are seeking a Salesforce Administrator for a contract-to-hire role located in Tempe, AZ supporting a mature Salesforce environment. This position focuses on advanced administration, process automation, and leading Salesforce-related initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities * Lead Salesforce administration, including advanced Flows and system optimization * Oversee team members and provide training on Salesforce tools and processes * Manage and support technology projects involving applications, integrations, and security * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement platform enhancements * Oversee troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system performance * Contribute to planning, policies, and resource management Required Skills * Strong Salesforce Administration experience * Strong expertise with Flows and process automation * Experience overseeing or mentoring team members * Strong communication and documentation skills Nice-to-Have Skills * Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder certification * Salesforce development or configuration experience Work Model * Hybrid schedule (on-site in Tempe as needed) * Contract-to-hire opportunity Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, AZ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
