Project Manager (RFP Processes & ERP Systems) * Work Requirement: 100% Remote * Contract Duration: 4 Months Top Required Skills * Sr. PM * Experience in RFP Processes - RFP process and facilitation * ERP Systems - (Financials) Implementation (minimum of 2 different projects/programs) About the Role * We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a highimpact strategic sourcing effort focused on evaluating and selecting a new ERP system and systems integration partner. * In this role, you will manage the full Request for Proposal (RFP) process endtoend, while also driving key Discovery Phase activities such as defining scope, gathering detailed requirements, and creating process flows. * Candidates must bring strong highlevel project management experience along with handson expertise in RFP facilitation and ERP Financials implementations across at least two major projects. * This highly strategic position plays a critical role in shaping the organization's future technology investments and business capabilities. Top Required Skills * Project Management experience * RFP process expertise (RFP creation, facilitation, vendor evaluation, scoring, selection) * ERP Systems experience with Financials (minimum two ERP Financials implementations) Project Management Experience Candidates should demonstrate: * Leadership of large, crossfunctional, endtoend projects * Experience overseeing planning execution delivery * Clear, measurable impact (timeline reduction, cost savings, vendor consolidation, workflow improvements) RFP Process & Vendor Management Candidates should have proven experience: * Leading or facilitating complete RFP cycles * Creating RFP requirements * Managing vendor evaluations and demos * Running scoring matrices * Driving vendor selection decisions * Partnering with procurement, sourcing, or vendor management teams ERP Financials Implementation Candidates must show: * Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday Financials, NetSuite, etc.) * Participation in two or more ERP Financials implementations * Experience in discovery, requirements, process definition, and integration coordination Key Responsibilities * Lead the complete RFP process for an ERP system and systems integration partner * Drive the Discovery Phase, including scope definition, requirement gathering, and process mapping * Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders across the organization * Ensure documentation, evaluations, and vendor interactions are consistent and wellstructured * Support strategic decisionmaking through insights, analysis, and structured recommendations Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
