What this job involves:

JLL is seeking a talented Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team and play a vital role in building the workforce that drives our business forward. In this position, you'll deliver exceptional recruiting services to internal clients and stakeholders while supporting JLL's continued growth by identifying and attracting top talent across diverse business functions. You'll be instrumental in promoting JLL's brand, values, and culture to prospective candidates while leveraging technology and data to drive innovation in our recruiting practices. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with business leaders, build meaningful relationships with candidates, and make a direct impact on JLL's ability to deliver world-class commercial real estate services to our clients.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Provide full-cycle recruiting support for the business through sourcing, screening, leveraging internal and external referrals, and negotiating offers for a wide range of positions across multiple business lines
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specifications and staffing needs, ensuring alignment on candidate profiles and hiring strategies to fill current and future openings
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to find high-quality candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct outreach
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated openings, ensuring readiness to meet business demands
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partnerships including universities, professional associations, and community organizations to attract top talent and expand JLL's reach
  • Market JLL's attributes, culture, and career opportunities to prospective candidates, positioning the organization as an employer of choice in the commercial real estate industry
  • Regularly analyze and report on recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate quality to demonstrate impact and identify opportunities for process improvement

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience managing requisitions across diverse functional areas and levels
  • Recruiting experience supporting various regions across the US with ability to navigate different market dynamics and talent pools
  • Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects and requisitions simultaneously with competing priorities
  • Tech-forward mentality and experience working in both CRM and ATS systems to manage candidate relationships and recruiting workflows
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to engage effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders at all levels

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Recruiting experience within Real Estate, Professional Services, or Consulting industries with understanding of industry-specific talent markets
  • Workday experience or familiarity with enterprise-level applicant tracking systems
  • Experience recruiting for corporate functions including finance, operations, technology, marketing, or business development roles
  • Demonstrated success building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill or specialized positions
  • Strong relationship-building skills with ability to influence hiring decisions and provide consultative guidance to business leaders

Location:

Hybrid role: 3+ days in local JLL office per week. Chicago, Dallas, or Atlanta preferred.

This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
