Description
Position summary: Responsible for supervising ARS team members daily, assisting with month-end close, providing solutions to ARS staff on customer issues, reducing overall past due position, problem solving, account recommendations and reviews, and day-to-day reporting. Able to multi-task, manage time very efficiently and be flexible to changing demands of the business. General purpose: Assist the Credit department to achieve overall company goals and objectives by effectively working with ARS team, Sales, customers and other areas within Propelis. Previous supervisory experience in a credit and collections environment. (required)
