What You'll Do

Lead Global Partner PR Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns, joint announcements, executive visibility opportunities, and thought leadership that elevate Snowflake's ecosystem narrative.

  • Identify and activate partner storytelling opportunities that align with Snowflake's top business priorities and market moments.

  • Serve as the central driver and point of accountability for partner-inclusive PR initiatives across internal and external stakeholders.

Drive AI-First PR Innovation & Operations

  • Spearhead the adoption of AI-first tools, workflows, and processes across the Global PR team.

  • Identify opportunities to scale content creation, media intelligence, reporting, and campaign execution through AI and automation.

  • Partner cross-functionally to pilot and operationalize new technologies that improve speed, insight, and effectiveness of PR programs.

Advance Corporate Communications Excellence

  • Lead strategy, alignment, and performance across Snowflake's North America PR agencies in Canada and Brazil.

  • Ensure consistency in messaging, execution quality, and regional adaptation while driving a unified corporate and product narrative.

  • Lead additional Corporate PR projects, owning development of compelling messaging, press materials, and narratives that clearly articulate Snowflake's value-independently and in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Build and manage strong relationships with top-tier business and technology media, proactively driving media engagement strategies that elevate Snowflake's corporate narrative and executive visibility.

  • Deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines while balancing strategic impact with operational excellence.

What We're Looking For
  • 6-8+ years of experience in public relations or communications (with in-house experience preferred), including ownership of complex, cross-functional programs.

  • Proven ability to build and scale corporate PR programs, not just execute against them - partner or ecosystem programs are a strong plus.

  • Experience managing regional or global agency networks, with a strong understanding of how to drive alignment across markets and deliver regionally-relevant content.

  • Strong interest in and experience with AI, automation, or emerging technologies applied to communications, marketing, or operations.

  • Deep understanding of B2B technology ecosystems, with a clear perspective on how to position partnerships strategically in go-to-market narratives.

  • Highly proactive, strategic thinker who anticipates needs, surfaces new ideas, and drives work forward independently.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, challenge constructively, and navigate ambiguity with confidence and nuance.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a sharp attention to detail and storytelling craft.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment while managing multiple priorities.
