Registered Nurse RN Ambulatory Wound Care - Clinton Twp Medical Building - 15520 19 Mile Rd with some traveling to Chesterfield Twp Medical Building - 30795 23 Mile Rd, Chesterfield Twp.

Contingent - Minimum of 1 day/week plus additional coverage for Vacations, Leaves, etc.

Responsibilities Include: In-basket, phone triage, wound care dressing changes, patient assessments, wound measurements, vitals, documentation, working with the providers, set up home care services, etc.

Candidate Preferences: Minimum of 1 year RN experience in an Ambulatory/Clinic or inpatient hospital setting such as Med Surg, ER, or ICU experience. Must have wound Care experience.

Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions.

Contingent Option 1: Unit-based contingent that reports directly to the Unit Manager/Unit Director. Meets all accountabilities of a Registered Nurse. (Refer to Job Description, Registered Nurse, F02426).
